ESVS Hotel Booking Form

To make a hotel booking, please complete and submit the following information. Bookings are being made by K2 Events Istanbul, a local agent partnering with the ESVS 39th Annual Meeting. By completing this form, you agree to:

  • Your information being used by K2 Events, ESVS and shared with hotel you booked to make your hotel reservation
  • The credit card details provided being charged the full hotel stay upon submission of this form by K2 Events
  • The hotel booking cancellation terms and conditions as detailed below

Hotel Room Rates:
  • Point Hotel Taksim İstanbul 4*
    Single Room: EURO 195 per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, exclusive of VAT 10 % and city tax 2 %
    Double Room: EURO 220 per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, exclusive of VAT 10 % and city tax 2 %

  • Nippon Hotel 4*
    Single Room: EURO 150 per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, exclusive of VAT 10 % and city tax 2 %
    Double Room: EURO 165 per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, exclusive of VAT 10 % and city tax 2 %

  • Konak Hotel 4*
    Single Room: EURO 150 per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, exclusive of VAT 10 % and city tax 2 %
    Double Room: EURO 175 per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, exclusive of VAT 10 % and city tax 2 %

Cancellation Terms

* Up until 1 June 2025 Full refund with no penalty except resevation fee of Euro 30 per reservation

* From 2 June 2025 to 31 July 2025: refund except 50 % of Full-stay penalty will be available.

* From 1 August 2025 on, no refund will be available

* The full-stay penalty will also apply to no-shows (non-arrival on the day of your booking).
